I'm using 64 bit Win 7 Home Premium & Comfort OSK Pro 4.1.1.0. I have 3 problems;
1. On-screen keyboard constantly shrinks as I open & close it even if "Lock window size" is checked under Zoom.
2.I have to click the on screen window 2 or 3 times to get keyboard to show.
3. I can't keep kb from showing symbols no matter what I check or uncheck.

TIA,
Mark

The program sets width and height to 100% when you change the keyboard type.

2.I have to click the on screen window 2 or 3 times to get keyboard to show.

Do you mean “Floating window”? Maybe the program works very slowly on your computer?

3. I can't keep kb from showing symbols no matter what I check or uncheck.

About what symbols you say?

Have a nice day

I'm not changing anything, just opening & closing the keyboard

Yes, the floating window. I'm using a new Dell Studio 17 w/ an I7 quad processor & 4 gigs of ram.

3. I can't keep kb from showing symbols no matter what I check or uncheck.

The most annoying is "backspace". It changes from a large solid arrow, to a tiny outlined arrow within a circle.

Thanks for the quick response.
PS- I just solved #3 by accident. Previously, in options, in OSK under keys, I only had "Show labels & icons in center..."checked. When I uncheck this, the tiny arrow still shows up, but the large solid arrow doesn't disappear.

Yes, the floating window. I'm using a new Dell Studio 17 w/ an I7 quad processor & 4 gigs of ram.

Try to lock this window (right click in the window and check "Lock").

It's a shortcut icon of current application. Uncheck options in section "Shortcut icons".

Have a nice day

Any solution for the shrinking keyboard? The only thing I do is open & close the keyboard.
TIA,
Mark

I just turn the keyboard off by clicking on the top right "X". I turn it back on by using the floating window.(btw: locking it solved the turning on problem). After using it for a while, it starts to shrink. I use the "options" window as a guide.

TIA, Mark
